Term 4 Curriculum Overview

Students will engage in exciting new learning during Term 4. In English students will deepen their knowledge on a variety of text types through reading picture books, poems, novels, diary entries and persuasive texts. In Maths students will continue to develop and apply their skills to solve a range of authentic problems. In many year levels students will be exploring money and financial mathematics. They learn to solve problems such as counting change and to manage money by creating budgets and financial plans. In Health all students will learn, plan and practise strategies to promote health, safety and wellbeing. Students from Prep to Year 6 will continue to work with our Specialist teachers in STEM, Italian and PE, and further develop their abilities in either Music or Performing Arts.
