The focus of the week introduced last Friday and continued throughout this week is ‘Resilience’. Resilience is generally regarded as the ability to cope with and bounce back after adversity and this can extend from day to day challenges through to life changing events. Resilience develops when children experience challenges and learn to deal with them positively.

Learning about resilience focuses on Caring for self by growing and demonstrating resilience. It is a continuum, and something that can change over time. We can all learn ways of becoming more resilient.

Father’s Day online store

On Sunday 5 September we celebrate Father’s Day.

Our wonderful P & C have set up an online store for students to order their gifts for Dad, Grandad, Pop or whoever they love and wish to celebrate.

Your children can jump online and order something lovely for Dad and it will be delivered to their classroom later next week for them to take home.  The online stall is ready to go for our school community to start using immediately.

Sales can be accepted until 8pm Tuesday 31 August to allow us two more days to get orders to students.
