Special Events Coming Up in Year 2

We have lots of special events coming up in Week 10.  Here’s a list of the what we’ve got to look forward to.

• Tuesday 5 December, 8:40am – Year 2 Awards Ceremony. Students should wear their formal uniforms on this day.
• Wednesday 6 December – Meet the 2024 Teacher, report cards and class placements sent home.
• Thursday 7 December – Farewell parade 8:45am and Break Up Day parties.

Report Cards and Growth Mindset

Report cards will be emailed home on Wednesday next week.  They provide a great talking point for families to discuss with their children their strengths and celebrations as well as next steps.  Report cards also provide a great opportunity to talk about effort and how we can apply a growth mindset to new challenges and new learning.
